Namaste Nepal has been a longstanding fixture of the food scene in Didsbury, but too few folk know what Nepalese cuisine is all about. I was sure they’d love it, once they realised they already know it.

Our insight is that Nepalese cuisine is as Manc as anything else. I used classic song lyrics to highlight the fantastic (and often familiar) dishes on offer, while signifying the restaurant’s proud, longstanding Mancunian heritage.
