Change 4 Life wanted to warn young mums about the amount of sugar in their kids’ drinks. There’s often a lot more than you’d think…

We ended up creating a very simple and direct video series with real mums and kids, highlighting their genuine surprise at some sugar content. I also lent a hand in directing and guiding the mums on the day - it was less scripted and more improvised. Check out their (admittedly a little stilted) acting below…
